No, Uranus is one of the planet lies between Saturn and Neptune in our solar system. That how it is possible the Uranus be a black hole. Black hole is a hole with tremendous gravity and that gravity influence it surrounding object to fallen inside the hole, hole's boarder is called event horizon. After falling into event horizon the object never and ever pulled back, because it has a strong gravitational force. Uranus as not any black hole, may be it black hole that why don't it swallow up all objects nearer to its surrounding. That's why Uranus is one of the planet.
