    With regarding to your smart ideas with which our company was deeply appreciated and also we welcomed at customers' suggestions. Furthermore, if such negotiation could be settled by communication between both of you and ours'. And we would like to apologize to you because of misunderstanding between our colleague and you and that should be settled as soon as possible. In view of that case, we would suggest two proposals for your selection and hope that'd be settled within this week.

    Refunded by cheque: Upon the time our logistic department had received that consignment,then we would refund the money by cheque.(Only in case of received the complete set of consignment)

    Refunded by credit card: Within three days, if we had received the consignment and would refund the money through your credit card. (In case we didn't receive the consignment , then we had the right to cancel that refund)
