客人之前已經取消兩個itemA跟B, 但現在出貨了之後又再問為什麼那兩個item沒出, 故請見以下..

1. 這兩個ITEM在你7/2的郵件中已經通知取消, 請見附件郵件

2. 請知悉郵件中的附件 PO123, 檔案名有誤, 應該是PO 143

Dear Xxxx,

Concerning the two items A and B not included in this shipment, we

wish to clarify below:

1) These two items were removed from your order as instructed in

your email dated July 2, 2014 (see attached file).

2) The filename of the attached email was erroneously indicated as

PO123, while it should be PO143.

Those two items (A and B) have been canceled. Please refer to the attached e-mail sent to you on 2 July.

Please be advised that the file name of e-mail is PO143,not PO123. Please refer to the attachment.
