因為近來您們出貨交期異動頻繁,造成我們在安排生產上很大的困難… 前次延遲出貨時間超長,導致工廠倉庫爆滿,無法進行生產 因而造成工人沒工作可做而多數離職

我司業務經理在前幾次信件裡已經告知過您們此狀況,除非您們可以擬好確定的訂單預估表,讓我們重新安排招募人員生產,否則這1-2個月內生產量將無法像從前一樣,因為人員需要培訓

也因此除非,您們的交期有確認可以出貨,我們才會進行安排生產

從現在起我們計畫,我們將每週與您確認當月的出貨排程 ,如有任何改變 也請提早20個工作天通知 並得到我們的確認,否則將按照您們原訂出貨日期出貨

為了讓您具體了解我們的狀況,我們舉了以下例子:

例如:1.在3月會議時a告知4月後出貨將不會再有問題,但直到4/25原先預定要出貨的訂單到了5月1日仍然無法順利出貨

2.訂單123您在6/5信件告知因為沒有庫存,需要儘快交貨,您們在6/15告知美國接受出貨,但因為此品項不足櫃,我們建議湊成整櫃出貨,但直到現在,您們也無法跟我們確認是否可以湊櫃出貨或散貨出口

3.按照原先美國給予的交期,我們船務部持續上acd 系統訂艙,因為每一次都依照排程大量訂櫃,最後卻只出零星櫃子,導致船東對我司佔用資源,無法讓他們船艙有效利用非常生氣

總合以上各方面狀況,工廠並非是魔術師,任何生產都需要事先計畫 才能購料生產以致如期出貨

未來接單請務必要讓我們如期出貨,若有任何不確定的交期,我們就無法接單,若導致任何延誤交期,也恕不負責

    It causes a big problem for us to arrange the time schedule to produce the goods because you often change the delivery date. Last time the warehouses were congested with goods because the late shipment. In addition, we can’t proceed to production and the workers are fired because there is no work to do. We have notified you of this thing. If you don’t make a time schedule for producing the goods, the quantity of the goods will not be the same as before during the following 2 months. The reason is that we should recruit new workers and train them.

    Once the delivery date is confirmed, then we will proceed to production.

    From now on we will confirm the estimated delivery date for a month with you. If any change of the delivery date, please inform us no less than 20 working days in advance. Otherwise, we will follow the time schedule.

    We want to make it clear, so list some examples for your reference.

    During the meeting in March, you promised that there was no problem to deliver the goods in April. We can’t deliver the goods on 25 April in accordance with the PO until 1 May. As you mentioned on 6 May, PO 123 was out of stock and the goods should be delivered ASAP. But the item is not enough to be loaded into a whole container, we are looking forward to your reply how to deliver it, FCL or LCL.

    We use ACD system to book shipping space in accordance with the time schedule given by USA company. We occupy a large of spaces but we finally use a small part of the spaces. The shipping company is not satisfied with us.

    For God’s sake, Everything should be planned. Then we can order the raw material and deliver the goods in time.

    Please follow the delivery date. If any delivery date is not verified, we can’t accept the order. If any failed, we will not be responsible for that Thanks for your consideration.
