Are you for or against multiculturalism?

I am for it and against it. I like how people are not hating each other as much as they did before and getting used the idea of other cultures living among them. But I don't want it to get the the point where everyone starts to blend their culture and lose their original one. Then everyone would be the same. No real diversity.
