DOES ANYONE KNOW ANY GOOD COLLEGES/UNIVERSITIES THAT ARE FAIRLY CHEAP FOR PEOPLE OUT OF STATE?
Preferably under 20,000 dollars a year.
I am looking for some colleges that specialize in engineering or at least that is a big part of the college.
Also, is 20,000 a year a lot for college?

There are many universities that charge less than $20,000/year for in-state students. So it makes sense to check out the universities withint your own state first. Some other inexpensive schools:
South Dakota State -- $21,000+
Arkansas State -- $25,500+
Truman State (MO) -- $26,000+
Brigham Young (UT) -- $17,700+ (but this is a Mormon school, so there are lots of rules regarding personal behavior on campus)

They are called community colleges.
If you want to go to a university, there are none for under 20,000 per year, because you are an out of state student.
Right. I forgot I have a great one within a few miles of me. JCCC.

depends on what states.
smart kids go to local community college
for there first 2-3 yrs .
they get an A.S.
they work 30 hr/wks in school, 40 - 60 hr/wks
during breaks.
20,000 per full 2 sesmster yr inculding books ,
fees other costs?
try the mid western states for out od state tuition
costs.
google colleges in your own states for actual info
