Where exactly was the Congress of Vienna held?

Obviously I know it's in Vienna, but what building exactly?

Was it in a palace?

That's a really good question. Apparently most of the Congress consisted not of huge meetings in one big room, like the UN General Assembly, but rather, smaller negotiations among different groups of countries' representatives, so I'd guess that it probably took place in various different locations, including probably some secret smoke-filled rooms, private residences, embassies, etc. I'd bet that the Hofburg Palace was involved, being the headquarters of the Austrian government. But you'd probably need to look this up in a book devoted to the Congress, and I don't have one on hand, sorry. Library time, I guess. Interesting question!
