Can you say "massive cover-up"?
"Eight federal employees connected to the tea party investigation experienced hard drive crashes, resulting in an unknown number of lost emails, Internal Revenue Service Commissioner John Koskinen told lawmakers Friday in an unusually tense congressional hearing."
Eight of them, not just Learner.
Anyone buy that? I have a bridge to show you.

I have a feeling nobody asked the right question. They didn't ask where the archives to the quarterly and yearly backups are kept. Likely not on the premises of the IRS. If their actual protocol is only 6 months, then reusing the tapes, they should be charged for improperly preserving records as well as obstruction of justice.

The problem is both fo the following are plausible: A: The adminstration did give ordes to put extra scrutiny on TEA party applicants, and now in the investigation they are destroying emails to get rid of evidence of culpability.
B: The Adminstration had no direct contact with Lerner, and she was just trying to figure out the new broken system that eh Supreme Court handed the IRS. Issa saw all manner of documents in discovery which he chose not to release, and due to the lack of incriminating evidence, the groups like Crossroads GPS hired chinese hackers to crash the drives to create the impression of impropriety.
Both are equally plausible, and they both have equal amounts of evidence to support them, that being 0 evidence.

Not without evidence, no. Speculation, innuendo and jumping to partisan conclusions are not examples of evidence. Facts are evidence, very few of which are being discussed by the conservative media. It's fair to ask the question "how can this have happened" and investigate the matter. It is not reasonable to jump to a desired conclusion before the investigation is completed.
