if i get a ticket in harris county will liberty county find that ticket too?
for example if a harris county officer gives me a ticket for no seat belt and i dont pay it
then later on i get stopped again by a liberty county officer will this officer find a ticket on me ?
or do the different county officers have their own system and keep their things seperate?

Yes. Fix the seat belt issue and pay the ticket.
YEARS AGO, only warnings were kept separate, long before computer systems were developed. Back then, tickets are available anywhere in the state. I am certain now things are available statewide, no matter what.

Texas has a state wide point system. Any traffic infractions that can add points to your record are available to any and all law enforcement officers, etc.
If you ignore the ticket a judge may issue a Failure to Appear warrant for you and you get a free trip to jail!
