Please help with a few history questions?

    1. is definitely C - and it was nothing that hadn't been going on for decades before, courtesy of the FBI. The Japanese American internment, authorized by executive order, was challenged in court, but the US Supreme Court ruled it justifiable as a war measure. Now, your teacher may WANT you to answer D, but with due respect, I would say he'd be wrong, as squicky as it may make y'all feel.

    2. This is iffy, but I would say D (11 Million total, 6 million Jews). There were definitely 6 million Jews killed, and close to 2 million non-Jewish Poles. Between the Slovaks, Serbs, etc, and Russian prisoners, you come up to 11 millions. Some might argue that the 2 to 3 million Soviet POWs don't count as "systematically murdered" - but I would argue that when you knowingly and deliberately do not provide sufficient food to keep captives alive, you are very deliberately killing them, and that was Germany's plan to begin with.

    3) A - truce with demilitarized zone just north of the 38th parallel
