管理辦法的英文要怎麼說?

我是HR,公司制定很多的管理辦法,要說成管理規章也是可以的?

請問 " 管理辦法 " 翻成英文要怎麼說??

以人力資源部門之角度來看，「管理辦法」應以Administration regulation比management regulation更為貼切。固然administration 與management都有「管理」的意思，其實以用法及習慣而言，還是有些差別。前者較重於闡述對行政庶務方面的管理，許多歐美社會裡，對於行政管理、法律事務相關的主管都是用著administrator的名稱即可得到證實（請參考： http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Administrator_(disamb... act of directing people towards accomplishing a goal”。

因此建議用Administration regulation當作你所謂的管理辦法與「國際接軌」。

如果是當作HR作業的「須知」、「指引」而非官僚十足的「規定」、「辦法」則Administration guideline就親切了。供參！

公司不是政權機構,所以應該用"沒有懲罰性"的字.

商業機構裡"管理笨法" = guidelines, check list, procedure and process

例:

差旅費申請辦法 = travel expense reimbursement procedure

升遷申請辦法 = promotion process and guidelines

依魅申請辦法 = email account application check list
