Is Kai Hansen really a Norwegian dude?

He's supposed to be German,but his name is as Norwegian as it can get! where does his heritage originate from?

    I don't know how Norwegian the name is supposed to be, but as you can see here, the surname Hansen is not uncommon in Germany, especially in the very North:

    Kai as a first name is spread all across the country. Apart from that, you can't ultimately associate names (especially first names) with heritage. Names are able to cross borders. ;) It's not like every German male is doomed to be called Hans, Fritz or Wolfgang - especially when it comes to the generation below 80.
