Calculus help trigonometric, terminal point?

I need help figuring this out for a final.....

Find the values of the remaining trigonometric functions a 0 (with a slash) from the given information.

1) sin 0( with a slash) = 5/13 , cos 0( with a slash) = -(12/13)

2) cos 0( with a slash) = -(3/5) , tan 0( with a slash) < 0

Also....

If tan a (alpha) = 1/4 and the terminal point for a (alpha) is in quadrant III find..

1) sec a (alpha) + cos a ( alpha)

2) sin a ( alpha) + c sec a (alpha)
