Ok so the movie Blow (2001) was based on a true story and I want to know was Kevin Dulli (Max Perlich) Leon Minghella (Kevin Gage) real people in the real story of George Jung or just filler? I have done research and haven't found any information on them

Also how did Dulli and Foreal get Jung arrested again!

It is based on the real life stories of George Jung, Pablo Escobar, Carlos Lehder Rivas and the Medellín Cartel.

George went to do one last score with Dulli and Derek before leaving town and starting a new life with his daughter. Dulli and Derek were working with the FBI and DEA as informants in exchange for pardons for their involvement in the drug ring.
