Deed - definitely as it is considered "Public Record"

Tax - as in Tax Returns? No. Only certain types of entities (eg non-profits) returns are considered "Public Record".

Sales - as in Sales Tax? No, again, this is not "Public Record".

Is it legal to have a secure means of reporting/filing and paying said taxes online legal? Yes.

That's all "Public Records", so why would it be illegal?

Your income taxes are not public, only property taxes. Anything that is public information can legally be posted online without question.
