Definition. Formally called "Nomophobia". It means the fear of being without your smartphone and exerting a stress on your mind. Driving you up the wall.

Causes. Fear of missing out on information. Communication technology too advanced, growling too fast and delivering too much information. Or may be technological hunger.

It indicates a physical reliance on smart phones usage. A irresistible anxiety has developed in phone addict who is constantly urged to use the device for online applications such as Facebook, emails, WhatsApp, Twitter and so on. In the beginning, an obsession starts then gradually moves deeper into addiction.

Solution. It's a psychological warfare. Need to practice moderation, self control, strong faith, on target determination and honesty..

Don't let it take over your life or affect people around you. Set up a time limit when using the technology. Be honest to yourself that you need to manage your life again. Trust yourself that you have strong chance to beat it. Write down some real problems caused by the addiction in your life to constantly remind you about it. Persevere daily to log all relevant harmful events so you can see the mistakes and admit to them. This acts as a negative feedback to fight against the problem. .
