Unaccompanied minor US airways?

I plan on flying from Arizona, USA to Toronto, Canada this summer and im 15 and I wont be using the unaccompanied minor service. Im wondering if i need an adult to pick me up when i arrive in Canada or if im able to leave myself since i wont be using the service. Thank you

There are no restrictions; from an age of 12 you can travel unaccompanied.
