Solving any inquires and request that the customers have is necessary and important.

The only problem I can see is:
inquires and request
In the sentence, both "inquires" and "request" need to be used as a NOUN function. However, it uses "inquires" as a verb, and "request" as a noun.
The correct way should be:
any inquiry and request
inquiries and requests (omit "any" and use plural)

The above saying is just personal preference!
If you google "each inquiries" you will have more than 9000 hits.

If you are SO errorless, why you said "前面必須有 every/each"!

Surprised! You become more civilized!

Well, This is NOT the first time you are disappointed, in fact, I have not seen you being satisfied yet!

無論是否有 “any”， 都應該是複數 inquiries and requests
要用單數 inquiry and request 前面必須有 every/each

Whether or not "each inquiries" is grammatically correct should be a no-brainer.
DaSaGwa ( 大師 1 級 )'s statement "The correct way should be:any inquiry and request " is incorrect. "Any" in this sentence should be followed by plural nouns,

First of all, it's error-free, which I have never claimed to be.
Secondly, because that's the way it is in the civilized world.
Save your google theory; it doesn't mean jack
.I'm shocked that you didn't defend your "any inquiry and request" speech.

Disappointed! That was the best you could come up with?
