How do you feel about the in out debate with Nick Clegg and Nigel Farage?

Who do you feel who won?

For me Nick Clegg lost the entire debate the moment he utter the word's "Little Englander" to back up his argument to stay within the EU

But how do you feel about it?

The one good thing I can say about Clegg, is that at least he had the balls to stand up to Farage, even though he got his botty kicked and kicked. Cowards like Cameron and Milipede however I have even less respect for. All they can do is hide and hope the UKIP problem all goes away. There is clear evidence that UKIP are hurting them in the opinion polls, and not just hurting them, but decimating their voters.

How do I feel about the debate? Elated and pleased that the first real firing shots have landed in UKIPs favour, put the debate firmly on the map, exposed cronie Brussels even more, proving that UKIP are doing everything for its followers that it says on the tin. I think that Cameron and Milipede now owe it to the country to also debate with Farage, instead of slinging lies, smears and insults behind their mummy via the BBC. UKIP are the third party now after all and soon to be destined to have MPs in the Commons as well as the UK majority of MEPs in Brussels, where they WILL be listened to, and where they will HAVE to debate with them. LibLabCON can all run, but they cannot hide from UKIP. We're on the march at UKIP, and we're gonna get them!

This is usually why most pro-EU politicians don't like debating the subject. They already KNOW there is a better argument against being in it. It's probably the same reason why David Cameron won't debate Alex Salmond on Scottish independence. He just wouldn't win. No way, no how.

Good on Clegg for trying though, he seems braver than most of them. Farage however has gained a whole new fan base, he could end up as Prime Minister if he keeps it up. lol :-)

It wasn't really a debate in the end was it, Clegg had long given up debating by the 2nd installment and was just name calling and bad joke telling, Farage was excellent though

Nobody won, but Clegg lost heavily by being economic with the truth, and misquoting his opponent - forgetting that there was a second round - silly man.

Clegg shot himself in the foot by issuing the challenge. This demonstrates his arrogance and stupidity. He had it all to lose compared to Farage. And he blew it spectacularly.
