Do the Doctors have Union? Nurses?

Russian unions are a joke. Especially the doctors' unions. To put it simple, Unions are usually lead by the members of the UR. Hospitals are managed by the members of the UR. If anything trade unions are usually used to pressure employees into the obedience.

Medicine workers, if I remember right, can't go to strikes legally at all. This law was passed somewhere in the mid 00s.
