Jerusalem both new and the old city.
Western Wall, Temple mount and Church of the Holy Sepulcher.
You can still see the ramparts that the Romans built as part of their siege of Masada, and many other evocative ruins as well. Reach the 1,300-foot peak by hiking up the Snake Path or by cable car.
The Dead Sea
Its the lowest point on earth. The Dead Sea water is about ten times saltier than the ocean's, that makes it possible to sit/float. The mineral-rich waters are very beneficial for people with skin problems.
Caesarea National Park
Caesarea one of Israel's nicest archaeological gems. Caesarea was built some 2,000 years ago by king Herod the Great, he dedicated the city's port to Caesar Augustus.
Located in Jerusalem, the largest cultural complex in Israel and counts the Dead Sea Scrolls, the world's oldest known biblical manuscripts, among its many treasures.

Hit the beach in Jaffa / tel aviv
Then head for Jerusalem make your first stop at the western wall.
See the underground quarry under the old city
Then go to the mount of olives and to the ancient burial grounds between the mount of olives and the old city
Then eat and shop your way through the markets in the old city
With a must stop at the fresh juice stand in the heart of the old city.
Then go to St. marks Lutheran church and climb the bell tower for one of the most amazing views of your life
Then shop eat and party in the new city and if you haven't had a falafel yet now is the time.
From Jerusalem go to the dead sea , ein gedi waterfalls and Masada
Then head for Tiberias the sea of Galilee and swim where the sea enters the Jordan river there's a park there
Then wander to Haifa and head north to the sea caves near the Lebanon border.
Then wander down the coast stopping everywhere
By this time you will be missing Jerusalem so go backSource(s): Just some ideas

Depends on your interests.
I guess that the generally reccomended sites are pretty good- the old city of Jerusalem, the Bahai shrine at Haifa, the Dead Sea, the Galilee sea, and Nahlat Binyamin Market in Tel Aviv.

Cities like tel aviv, haifa, and jerusalem. As well as other ancient historical sites such as Caesarea as well as the old city of jerusalem. Nature wise would be the Masada and the Dead Sea.Source(s): Been to Israel for my bar mitzvah
