JOHN GREEN BOOKS?
so I just I finished 'The Fault In Our Stars' by john green and I absolutely loved it and I want to read more books by him or more books that are related to his kind of writing genre. I recently bought a book called 'Uglies' by Scott Westerfeld. it's a series, it goes on as 'pretties', 'specials' and 'extras' but I'm not so sure I'm going to enjoy it, I'm more into realistic genres (besides twilight and hunger games)
please give me your opinions on these books and future books I can read, anything you recommend ?! please I'm planning on going to Barnes and noble soon! thanks

Uglies is a great series! I enjoyed it quite a bit.
John Green has also written An Abundance of Katherines (my personal favorite of his!), Paper Towns, Looking for Alaska, and Will Grayson Will Grayson.
Other book series, asides from the Percy Jackson and Mortal Instruments, are anything by Meg Cabot--she really writes excellent young adult novels! And they are realistic fiction as well, so you might enjoy them. She is really funny and all her characters have really distinct, humorous voices.
If you are into mystery, Agatha Christie is always an excellent bet.
If you liked Hunger Games, you might enjoy the Divergent series, as it's very similar. Personally, I didn't like it much but that might be because I'm outgrowing the genre a little.
If you're going to Barnes and Nobles, I recommend having a few ideas but also poking around the shelves in genres that you like (which I'm gathering is YA), and reading some descriptions and chapters to see what strikes you. Some books I've found that way and enjoyed are 13 Reasons Why, Bunheads, etc, that I wasn't expecting to find/enjoy but ended up reading and loving.

There are many books by John Green like-
Looking for Alaska
Will Grayson Will Grason etc.
I have read the Uglies series and in my opinion it was amazing( I loved it).The genre is sci-fi but there is romance too. The Percy Jackson series is awesome, so is the Kane chronicles(but the first book might bore you). Also try the Mortal Instruments, will be at the edge of your seat if you read it( you wont be able to put it down)! My opinion may be biased so ask other people too!
