50k home loan?

Looking at purchasing a fixer upper to profit on in the next few years, home is 54k and i have 20k to put down on it. For me to be able to afford the repairs and to live in the currnt home im in i would need the home payment to be around $200 a month (not including taxes insurance and all that stuff) so it would be... show more Looking at purchasing a fixer upper to profit on in the next few years, home is 54k and i have 20k to put down on it. For me to be able to afford the repairs and to live in the currnt home im in i would need the home payment to be around $200 a month (not including taxes insurance and all that stuff) so it would be at a 30 year loan. Will i be able to find a bank willing to do a loan so small? And before every one says save up and just buy it, that is not an option the place will sell in the next few weeks if i dont jump on it. BTW tax assesment on the home 2 years ago was 108k.
