Honestly it depends on the type of person you are because the two are quite different.

Hotel management will be easier to get into.

If you study film/tv you really need to enroll into a institute that provides hands on production work. You always need experience in film/t.v.

You have to be quite outgoing/creative and bright to take any high end job in film/t.v. so be prepared.
