When will the court case of Aaron Hernandez start?

Update:

@ Lonesome Rhodes: I have watched quite a few episodes of Crossing Jordan which plays in Boston and they said there's no death penalty in Massachusetts.

Update 2:

In fact, 'Woody' Hoyt said it and he also said he just makes his own one in that particular episode.

Update 3:

@Wise Cracker: Naah, Aaron Hernandez didn't cause a bunch of seahawks with red and blue lights to pursuit a Ford Bronco

No trial date has been set by Superior Court Judge Garsh. It could be as late as August or September, maybe even more depending on how much time is needed by defense to build their case.

The case against Hernandez was weakend recently when the star witness for the prosecution, Carlos Ortiz, was deemed unreliable after changing his story.

I heard several months, too. I agree, he's screwed. He got into a fight in jail yesterday or the day before.
