Google play music problem?
I recently cleared my Google play music cache to try and resolve a ongoing problem that has been occurring for the past few weeks. This is not the primary concern however. Upon doing the clear cache I could no longer access my music on my device. The music is on my computer, but not on my device. I have searched and searched for a solution to my problem with no success on how to sync my music to my device. Please help me this is really upsetting me, thank you!

Use the same account
Check if you’re signed in to Google Play Music and Music Manager using the same account.
Find which account you're using on the Google Play Music app
Find which account you're using on Music Manager
Check sync settings
You can check your device sync settings to make sure your library is being automatically updated.
