After Windows update to IE11, why am I stuck in BASIC MAIL and cannot change to Full-Featured Mail?

Temporary glitches do happen and most of the time Yahoo is
aware of it and is presently trying to resolve the issue. If you have
the patience you can wait until Yahoo corrects the problem. If you
don't have the patience you can switch to another browser to see if it
helps...you can switch back to see if the problem has corrected itself.
This first link is for Firefox that is optimized for Yahoo
The IE link above is an older version for
XP. You may have to enter DOWNLOAD IE FOR
(whatever version you are using) like IE8, IE9, etc
in your web browser to bring up the download.
IE8 optimized for Yahoo
This Yahoo link displays the latest versions of IE and MacIntosh
browsers that work best with Yahoo
In case you are using Internet Explorer 11, which
is presently causing problems, you should disable
it and install IE10.

I'm having the same problem and did NOT update to IE 11. However, I did install several updates just prior to having this problem. I've since uninstalled all of those update, but I'm still having the problem. Still need to check my laptop which has vista on it, but enhanced mail works fine using Chrome.

Having the same problem with Win8.1 and IE10.
However, for DebraJ, if you hold "control" key down and use the roller wheel on you mouse, you can enlarge/reduce the screen...should work for your font size problem.
