how to display blogger followers question?

my blog is http://www.groovebunny.blogspot.com/

I don't understand whats happening. Some of my friends have been following me but i think they just clicked the follow button on my google + badge. does this mean they are real followers? because when i look at my stats i still have zero followers

what button/widget can i put on my blog to get real blogger followers? Any help is super appreciated! thank you

There is zero follower on the blog. People can make your follower by clicking on "Join this Site" option. Whenever they click on this button they will have required to login with their particular account details. After that their face will be visible on the site.
