Not many black people date interracially or marry interracially. So for those who took the time out to bash black women or black men based on what this troll asked...you should be ashamed of yourselves. Of course there are some people willing to worship whites because many of us sit there silently as they continue the business of oppressing us, shooting us 41 and 50 times (police shootings of black men), tasering us for kicks (police doing this to black women), racially profiling us, giving us more years in jail (felonies) for crimes that they will then turn around and give whites no jail time for, probation or time served. The result is that younger children, teenagers and others watching this, begin to regard these abuses and mistreatment as normal. And, rather than speaking out about these issues, we will focus on attacking another black group so that whites will see us as "better" or not related to "those types of black people."
If you look at the numbers, most black men and women are dating, looking for, living with and marrying each other. Not even 50% of blacks are with whites, so this is far from true. Most black women are NOT self haters. Rather than focusing on the few brainwashed people the media chooses to highlight because they support their views, why not focus on those who are standing up for our community? Look at all the black couples that the media chooses to ignore. How could they "miss" seeing:
1. Kevin Durant and Monica Wright
2. Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union
3. Denzel Washington and Pauletta Pearson
4. Wyclef Jean and Marie Claudinette Jean
5. Prince Odianosen Okojie and Mercy Johnson
6. Bobby McCray and Khadijah Haqq
7. Samuel L. Jackson and LaTanya Richardson
8. Tim Hardaway Sr. and Yolanda
9. Dr. Frederick Igbinedion and Dunni Igbinedion
10. Shannon Brown and Monica
11. Kevin Hunter and Wendy Williams
12. Chris Johnson and Sicily Sewell
13. Rodney Peete and Holly Robinson Peete
14. Jay Electronica and Erykah Badu
15. Bishop T.D. Jakes and Serita Jakes
16. Dikembe Mutombo and Rose Mutombo
17. Isaiah Washington and Jenisa Washington
18. Micheal Duncan Clarke and Omorosa
19. Bernie Mac and Rhonda Mac
20. Jay-Z and Beyonce Knowles
21. Antonio Davis and Kendra Davis
22. Courtney B. Vance and Angela Bassett

The only time they mention a black couple is when they're going through issues or doing something stupid. What people aren't getting is that they don't WANT us to be together, nor do they want us to love one another. They want us to adore and worship them. It's not like these couples or one of the members aren't famous. So why is it that the only couples you see when they focus on the black community are interracial ones? Why are we the only group being forced to accept them? Every movie and TV show made in the mainstream with a black person has to have either a non-black co-star, non-black love interest or a love interest that doesn't look black at all. Look and see if this is done to any other group. Even when they made a fairy tale about a black woman / girl, the prince was non-black. Likewise, when they made a black superhero (Will Smith), his love interest was also non-black. Is this done to any other community? No. That has nothing to do with whether interracial relationships are good or bad. Doing this, promotes hatred, hostility and tension between black men and women and pushes them to prefer other races. And to people who say that we should just "date other races..." would you say the same thing to Asian men if they were to complain about white men with Asian women? Would you say the same to Latino men and women because many date whites? Why is the black community the only one that is pushed to date interracially and why is it that our relationships are shown as bad? For people to think this is okay, is really sad. It is the destruction of the black community while other communities and relationships are encouraged, supported and promoted, ours are ridiculed, attacked and are constantly under a microscope. I can list problems with couples in every race on the planet. Does that mean that people in that race shouldn't marry? Are all of us to blame for the shortcomings of a few?
As for me...I plan to marry a black woman in the future. I have no issues with them....in fact, I adore them. And yes, I'm dark skinned.
