These are some very common tricks almost all the editing softwares can do that.

After effects or sony vegas. I'm a video editor and these are what I use, I prefer after efffects because there are many color correcting options, just find a crack or something to it because it costs quite a bit.

I already tried to put the video in Local Disk D:(240 GB) and in Local Disk C:(257 GB) and video is 397.6 MB so it isnt that.I already tried to download Windos Movie Maker and Windows Live Movie Maker but its same.
