I want to apply to UNC Chapel Hill. I was living in North Carolina for 15 years before I moved to Chennai, India in November, in the middle of my junior year. I still hold a US passport and my father and sister still live in North Carolina. Can I apply as an in-state, out of state, or international student?

I am studying at the American International School at Chennai
