Is there anyone that could help me get a greyhound ticket from Kansas City,Missouri to Des Moines Iowa?

I need to get home asap cuz my kids mom has throat cancer and she has surgery in 2 days. Ive tried everywhere to get help and can't find anyone to help me.

Cheapest trip is $50 on greyhound.com for leaving last minute like this. Or with some planning you might be able to find cheaper fares a week or two in advance. Craigslist rideshare may help you but still need to come up with about $30 gas money to do it right, or else wait for someone who's kind enough or desperate enough for company.
