Why did Gloria J. Browne-Marshall blame the 0bamacare disaster on Southern White Radicals?
Liberal professor Gloria J. Browne-Marshall blames the 0bamacare disaster not on Democrats or the incompetent Obama Administration, but on “southern white radicals.”
A professor who teaches constitutional law courses at the City University of New York’s John Jay College of Criminal Justice penned a Christmas Day essay blaming “southern White radicals” for the disastrous, slow-motion train wreck failure that has been the rollout of the Affordable Care Act.
The essay, by Gloria J. Browne-Marshall at the website Politics in Color, is entitled “2013: A Year of Racial Challenges.”
“[S]outhern White radicals vowed to stop implementation of the Obama-care law leading one to wonder if Tea Party members would oppose affordable healthcare if it came from a nonBlack [sic] President,” writes Browne-Marshall.
In the next two profoundly disconnected paragraphs, the taxpayer-funded professor rambles from Abraham Lincoln to Christopher Dorner, the black LAPD cop who killed a bunch of innocent people and then committed suicide at the end of a huge manhunt.
What a racist thing to say.
She ought to be condemned by her peers. Instead, she’ll probably be promoted.

Somehow a group of people with no power in DC forced the Democrats to write a bad bill.

I don't know whether her claim has any validity. But accusing somebody (rightly or wrongly) of racist motives does not make the accuser a racist. Otherwise, one could say that MLK was also a racist, and that's an extreme position to take.
People similarly accused Michelle Obama of racism because she wrote a masters thesis about racism at Princeton. Silly argument, right?

The sad part is your probably right. It's easier for them to point fingers and as for politics it usually goes without saying that you don't point fingers at your own side(no matter how bad they apparent screw up)

It's true that republicans have supported all aspects of the ACA for decades. Even Mitt Romney himself called the individual mandate the "ultimate conservative policy of personal responsibility".
