Patsy Cline. Her voice was pitch perfect and natural. I would place her among the very best of female singers, such as Ella Fitzgerald, Celine Dion and Barbra Streisand.

Neko Case is also a fine singer, but not in the same class as Patsy Cline. I love her cover of Hank Williams' haunting song "Alone And Forsaken". The minor key suits her well. Compare this song with Patsy Cline's cover of Hank's "Half As Much".
