Would it be better to dye or bleach my hair ?

I havent had a relaxer in my hair in more than a year but I want to dye it. Would Bleach Or Dye Be Better ?

Neither! Both are very damaging but dye would be the best option out of the 2!

Please do not bleach I have ruined my hair in the past by doing so. Yes bleach gives a very lovely colour but it is not worth the pain of having dry, brittle, lifeless, breaking hair! Trust me I know:(

What ever you decide to do please take care of your hair after and remember to condition!!
