just get yourself a usb flashdrive and move them over that way. Or upload the files to a storage site and then download them again. or burn them to disc and bring them over to the other computer. Email them to yourself. There really is a multitude of ways to do it.

If you have a data cable or internet cable, you can make a network connection between them.

I'd recommend the program "Anysend" it is PC/MAC compatible and is quite fast and free. All you need is a wifi connection and the program on both computers.
