Playstation 4 or Xbox one?

Can someone tell me the pros and cons of the ps4 and xbox one, and do u need internet for tv on xbox one

both system you have to pay to play online ill choose ps4 because when you buy ps4 pulse you get some free game. while xbox one you cant sell your game online but to gamestop only and cant share use game in your system that mean it cant play use game.
