possibly reported for wrong choice of words, posting a link to porn or or suggesting a porn or adult site.It is unimportant why the other posts aren't being deleted it's up to you to follow the guidelines when you are asking about pornography or sexual questions ensure you are in the correct category and don't use slang or profanity.Never refer any member to a porn site for videos or similar.Any of that could result in being reported.

Your questions are not by any means the only ones getting deleted. It just feels that way since they are yours. The fact that others are not deleted when they should be is a totally moot point. If yours were violations, they should be reported, regardless of what anyone else is posting.

Things like that happen mainly because the reporting is not consistent. This site is user-moderated. All users should be responsible to report any violations they see. Basically, if you're the user who sees a violation, you're the user who should report it.

Please have a look at the Community Guidelines. They are found under the About link near the bottom of the categories list on the left-hand side of the page and are short and only take a real minute to read.

Once you have perused them, please do report any violations you see. Click on the Report Abuse button under the question and you'll see what to do next.

It is wise to take the Community Guidelines quiz, too.

Not only can it get you 20 extra points, but it also lets you know you really do understand the rules here well enough to know what should and shouldn't be reported. If you simply report what you don't like, you can lose your reliability rating for reporting -- many of the things you may not like may not be true violations. The Yahoo computer will no longer listen to reports from you. To keep your voice, report correctly. To do that, read and follow the Guidelines.

There are several reasons Qs are removed.

    1. It is a violation of the rules - you will get an e-mail when that happens within 24 hours. If you want to know the reason for the violation, post "Why was this question (answer) a violation?" and add the original e-mail you got so the users can see the exact context. The experienced users here will explain it to you. There is no statute of limitations on breaking the YA rules.

    2. There were zero answers when the time expired - no e-mail sent.

    3. The BA was reported as a violation - no e-mail sent.

    4. During voting, "No Best Answer" was chosen as the best answer - no e-mail sent.

Look in your e-mail, including the spam folder, for a violation e-mail. If not there, check your activity tab in your profile. If nothing about a violation there, then the Q was removed for one of the other reasons.

Reporters don't always catch the garbage that gets posted on this site. Hell, a lot of people don't know that posting links to porn sites is against the CG (it falls under "adult content", which is banned). Sure, there are a lot of violations that haven't been removed, but that doesn't mean that they aren't supposed to be deleted. The same goes for new posts, such as your question.

Asking a question related to porn (ex: "Why do so many porn stars fake their orgasms?") is fine, so long as the OP doesn't include a link in their post.

It doesn't matter what "others" do on the site. It matters what the rules are and how often content gets reported. You got reported enough; the others did not - yet. Pornography is not an appropriate topic for a site where members are as young as 13 and therefore such questions are against the rules.

Reporting is often very sporadic on Yahoo Answers. It is your questions that have been reported. For some reason, the "top reporters" have been ignoring the other questions.
