Can someone simply explain the NFL pro bowl?

Does everyone voted in still get the pro bowl accolade?

    In the NFL, players are selected to the Pro Bowl, based on their performance in football during a given season. Players that perform very well in football during a given season are more likely to get selected to play in the NFL Pro Bowl.

    Not everybody obviously because there aren't enough roster spots for everybody that gets voted in..like you won't see 25 people on a nba all star team
