i have a chihuahua and she still has floppy ear and it been 2 year when will they grow?

my chihuahua is 2 year old but she still has floppy ear when will her ear be pointed. sometime when she barks or gets aggressive her ear start pointed but after that her ear become floppy and i want to know when her ear are going to be point she already 2 and half year old
