Abdominal exercises with exercise ball or matt?
Is it more effective to use a exercise ball for sit-ups or a matt on the floor?

Hi Scott, if you have a stability ball, you could do various advanced ab exercises. The stability ball, forces your work to work hard to stabilize and not fall.
For example, try the plank position on the floor and compare doing it with a stability ball. It's much harder with the ball!
