Plan B side affects or pregnancy?

Alright I'm really freaking out. I took plan b about 10 days ago. 4 days went by and i felt fine. On the fifth day i started getting weird cramps on my right side under my hip bone. those lasted for about 3 days. then on the 8th day i got brown discharge. the day after that i didn't have any discharge. Now I am spotting and having weird cramps. Today i felt so nauseated they had to send me home at work. I got home and threw up. what the hell is happening.

Plan B side effects. You may even have more and think you are pregnant.
