im 18 i have no job and i been looking as hard as i can is there a way to get money as unemployed or anything?

6 -12 months b4 collecting any thing.

as for job hunting in USA, jobs are there.

u got to do more hunting than others to get one.

got a library with 25 miles?

they got 100s of books on ways to create income

legally with out a job.

No you have to have had a job to get unemployment. Try to get a job at a retail or grocery store, or a restaurant. Yes it sucks to work at these places but almost everyone had a similar job when they were your age.
