Getting rid of my arm fats?

okay, i'm like skinny everywhere. except for my arms. like literally! and i do not have collarbones?? wtf :-(! is it possible to lose arm fats in a month and also how can I get my collarbones to be more defined? please do not tell me it isn't nice and all. because i really want to lose my arm fats asap and a more defined collar bone. please tell me what diet i should follow, and exercises to do at home ( i dont do weights )

how do i get a more defined jaw line as well? hope u can help out ty :))

    Try weight lifting. Unlike most of the people think, it won't make you bulk, it will make you fit. And eat lots of protein.

    Push ups and weight lifting works good luck :P

    Do 30 dips a day, this should help. look up dips if you're not sure what they are.
