The room keeps spinning how do I make it stop?

I'm 16 years old I haven't been drinking and it happens regularly. I can't sleep because of it and it just keeps happening. What's wrong with me and how do I make it stop?

I'm also thinking vertigo, I think they use the same medicine that they use for seasickness, you might not need a prescription for it.

It's because you're dizzy and while you may have stopped spinning physically mentally you haven't stopped spinning as the blood rush to your head lasts a little longer after you stop spinning.

It sounds like you have vertigo. Just see a doctor and they'll be able to help you.

Just sit down and breathe. Yell for your parents for call them. They should know what to do .
