Ahh why hello fellow Homestuck fan.

Well first of all you need to be a good artist if you aren't go get lessons there are heaps online.

Secondly you need a good animating system. No I do not mean WLM I mean something that costs money. That is all it is really just a moving picture slides show which has been sped up and just a load of effects added in ::::) Hope I could help you........
