I agree that probably, this is just fluid irritation. It seems a bit too quick to me, for you to have received any pubic crab-lice on a "pubic-hair to pubic-hair" basis.

If it is just fluid irritation, it should settle down. If it is pubic hair lice, it will get worse and just need treatment with a special skin lotion.

Sounds like you got some brush burns from your partner. Be careful grinding those hips two much!
