Should I call her to tell her I'm back?

I've been out of reach of cell service and wanted to know once I do get back that I should call my girlfriend that I'm back. and if so what do I say to her.

Ps. we haven't been in touch for two days.

Just call her back and tell her the truth. If you truly had no cell service she should understand that.
