PLEASE HELP! Got kicked in the leg, hurts like crazy!?

Question

I was kicked in the leg by my friend, it was by accident but he kicked it really hard and now I can't even walk with my right leg... hell I can't walk at all. I can't even move any of my leg muscles. The pain is so bad I'd rather cut my leg off. What should I do? the pain has been for 11+ hours now.

You might need to go to the hospital to get an X-ray, it might be broke
