I recently came out of a coma and shile i was in it I met with entities which showed me a way of making gold?

I'm a different person now. This does not seem like something that was just the result of brain damage. I need to find the intended persons and place to archive this task. Not to prove by any means that it was real but for the sake of humanity. How should I handle this?

Coma psychosis is very real and for some people it can be terrifying. I personally went through hell with auditory and tactile hallucinations when I was in a coma.

Gold is an element of the periodic table. You cannot make gold. Gold is mined, found or recycled but cannot be made. There is a set amount of gold in the world and there will never be any more.
